Children are loved at DBC!
In Matthew 19:14, Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” Our heart’s desire at DBC is that we do not hinder children from coming to Jesus, but even more than that; we have a passion to teach, train, model and encourage children to know and love Jesus with all their hearts, souls and minds. How we accomplish that passion is done in a variety of settings and ministries.

Sunday School – Life Groups
Experienced, loving teachers share the gospel with children of all ages! Whether you have a new-born baby or a rapidly-growing 6th grader, there is a class for your child. Sunday School begins at 9:45 am every Sunday morning. Maps, room locations and other information can be found at the Welcome Center in the main lobby.
Children’s Church
Children up to grade 4 are welcome to participate in Children’s Church. It begins at 10:45 am every Sunday during the school year. Kids will worship, laugh, do crafts, move a lot and learn about Jesus.
VBS
Every year DBC offers a week-long VBS (Vacation Bible School). Children get to learn great songs, play fun games, meet new friends and learn how the Bible helps us in our daily living.
Kid’s Karnival
Kid’s Karnival is a Halloween alternative that offers lots of hot dogs, lots of candy, lots of games and a chance to jump in a big green dinosaur! It is a safe, enjoyable experience for kids of all ages.
IEBA Children’s Camp
Children completed grade 3 up to completed grade 6 are welcome to participate in Children’s Camp. It is the first week of August each year. Kids will worship, laugh, do crafts, swim, have activities throughout the each day and learn about Jesus. It is a fun and life changing week for everyone that goes!
